Make sure your home is clean for professional photos, all open houses and private appointments.

This may mean your home will not be arranged as you live in it day-to-day, but what might be a temporary inconvenience will pay dividends!

Curb Appeal:
The exterior of your home is the first thing buyers will see, so it is an opportunity to make a great impression. Keep landscaping tidy, entryways clear of clutter and consider a fresh coat of paint on the front door. Adding potted plants or flowers can also add color and life.
